1. Purchase and purchase confirmation

 

1.1 After making the payment, you will receive an email from PayPal with the purchase confirmation. Later, you will receive another email from QuickRows with the software product or products acquired and the license that allows you to use them. 

 

1.2 The products and the licenses sent will be directed to the email address that you have submitted. Therefore, you are requested to fulfill the Purchase Form with the correct data.

 

1.3 You can cancel the purchase if -and only if- you have not received the product or products in the email address that you have submitted (see return policy below).  

 

1.4 The present general conditions are applicable to the contracting of the two QuickRows' products. Your participation in a purchase process will automatically imply the knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions. Any exception to some of these general conditions by QuickRows will only be valid if, made in writing, has been accepted by you.

 

2. Characteristics of the products

 

2.1  The QuickRows's products made available to purchase on this Website are software products. In particular, Personal QuickRows and Profesional QuickRows are software created to facilitate el data handling in Microsoft Excel.

 

2.2 The QuickRows software is provided under license, it cannot be sold. The licenses acquired on this Website are subject to the license contract attached to the software, and the user will be asked to accept the license contract when purchasing, downloading, and/or installing the software.

 

2.3 The QuickRows's software licenses will have -in any case- a minimum duration of one (1) year from the day of purchase. 

 

2.4 The products' final price appears on the Web Page 

 

3. License and use rights

 

3.1 The license and use rights are applicable and have validity only in the duration period of the license that has been given to you.  

 

3.2 This license grants the following rights:

 

3.2.1 the right to acquire a copy of the product or products for the exclusive use of the client in whose name the licensed is registered.

 

3.2.2 the right to load into an electronic device the product or products purchased for the purpose of using them exclusively (owner of the software license) and eventually copying them into another device of your personal property.​

 

3.2.3 the right to use the software for its integration into MS-Excel.

 

4. Payment

 

4.1 The product payment will be done through- and under the conditions of- PayPal.

 

4.2 Under no circumstances will the bank details you provide to PayPal be transferred to QuickRows.

 

4.3 After the payment, QuickRows undertakes to send as soon as possible the product or products purchased.

4.4. In addition, for proper purchase management, you agree that all the information you provided on the Purchase Form on the Website is true and accurate.

4.5. The payment for any of the products should be made only once every three (3) years. Any changes to this clause will be notified to you in writing via the email address provided by you.

4.6 After the expiry date of your license, you must contact QuickRows and inform yourself of the procedure to follow in order, if you wish, to carry out the renewal of your license.

5. Return policy

 

5.1 According to the legislation in force, a minimum of fourteen (14) days calendar must be granted to terminate the purchase contract and request reimbursement, starting from the day of delivery of the product or products purchased.

5.2 From QuickRows, as a sign of good faith, we offer you the possibility to test the product with all its functions for free during thirty (30) calendar days in our "30-Days QuickRows" version (download here). Therefore, once you have decided to acquire any of our products, the payment that you have done, is not refundable.
